How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I'm traveling and having a hard time connecting! Wanted to say congrats to all who won! I didn't, but that's ok. :) I had fun and still lost a little weight!

Congrats too all of you who met your goals!! I fell 1lb short but I did lose 5lbs in a 4 week period that I consider a complete success!! :) again congrats to those who won :) and also to those of us who made progress! Continue to live healthy! <3

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight (Aug 11) at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Aug 13 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens. Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted. Remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! And don't forget to check your spam folder. You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.

Once all weigh ins are submitted, the game will finalize 24-36 hours after that. Good luck!

Checking in for a quick minute! I'm so glad to see many of you getting closer to your weight goals! SO exciting!! You all are doing such a great job. Even if you don't hit the 100%, just look at the percentage of what you DID lose! Better than 0%, right?? Having so much fun with you guys!!

Ok so this week I'm on vacation... Could be disastrous for a diet. However, my husband and I found a great lake to walk around and we did 4 miles in a hour! Good workout! The best part is after that work out and site seeing with LOTS more walking all day we sat down to dinner at a charming Mexican restaurant and I was too exhausted to eat! I picked at a few things but basically stayed on diet! Although I confess, I was able to finish my margarita. ;) (Must have been dehydrated haha) anyway the point is just get too tired to eat! Haha
