How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

- Most Liked Comment: "I ran a half marathon today. On my own, cause I can. Second time in my life I ran this distance. :)
Finished my training schedule, so I knew I could do it. I decided to run in a comfortable pace and finished in 2h10m (including some traffic lights and 5K of dirt road). It wasn't even that hard! Surprised about myself!
So I have endurance down, now I will start working on speed. Want to finish my race in October in less that 2 hours, since last time was in 2h1m." by Nethanja
