How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I need your help!!I am running my 3rd half marathon in 2 weeks...eeekkk :) I am running for charity called 'Girls on the run' the money raised helps buy youth girls running shoes and clothing. I have a goal of raising $250 and am asking my fellow challengers to help in anyway they can. Even $1 or $2 helps tremendously. Thanks for helping me make a difference in our youth! https://www.raceplanner.com/donate/empoweringouryouth

Girls on the Run is a nonprofit after-school program for girls in grades 3rd -8th that addresses the healthy development of a girl’s physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual well-being. Through interactive activities such as running, playing games, and discussing important issues, participants learn how to celebrate being girls. The program focuses on building self-esteem and improving emotional and physical health. During the 10-week program, girls are empowered with greater self-awareness, a sense of achievement and a foundation in team building to help them become strong, contented and self-confident young women.
