How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Maybe I'm imagining things, but I swear the Average Weight per Lb went from 5 right before weigh in to 7 at weigh in...
EDIT: Maybe a lot of people didn't do daily weigh ins and all of a sudden there was a lot more input? XD

I noticed that too but personally I lost2 lbs the last 36 hours due to anticipatory stress of that last weigh-in:)

Mic, that was my guess too. I weighed in every few days but there were probably people who weighed in only once a week or maybe not even at all until the very end.
