OK, so just last week I figured out that I have been inhaling 8500 mg of sodium 5 days a week for the last month !! I was having a buffalo chicken salad everyday for lunch with a quarter cup of Red Hot !! Yikes !! Yes, I am ADDICTED to Red Hot, or should I say WAS addicted to Red Hot. If it wasn't for joining this Heidi and Chris Powell dietbet and struggling to lose that 4% I may have never realized what I was doing to myself. After eating what I thought was all the right things and still not losing as I should be I decided to track my meals in my fitness pal. Needless to say it only took entering my lunch that day to figure out EXACTLY what the problem was. Just a heads up to my fellow condiment lovers :) THANK YOU Heidi and Chris :)
