How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

As of the morning weigh-in I'm down a total of 13 lbs, or ~7%. I'm putting whatever winnings I receive toward a new pair of running shoes! I've updated my profile picture with a weigh-out 'victory pose'!

did not share in the free Friday pizza at work. Did have a healthy 200 calorie lunch, and walked 520 calories off. The difference in this choice is about 863 calories!
