How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Thanks everyone for a wonderful Dietbet Challenge! I did not make the 4%, but I have 28 non-weight victories and a new motivation to take me through until the end of the year. This has been such a wonderfully supportive experience. Happy Holidays and keep up the amazing job!

I've been doing 6+ miles/day of walking this week, with the finish line in sight. Today felt like the victory lap :^) Pandora's Pop Fitness Radio channel kept the boredom away and kept me moving at a pretty fast pace. I tried several of Pandora's workout channels and liked Pop Fitness the best for its pace and enjoyment. I also found a few internet radio channels on TuneIn for Android that worked well to keep the legs pumping.

I enjoyed Thanksgiving day and allowed myself to indulge, then back to eating healthy on Friday. I am ready for a great week of making more progress toward my goal.

  • My plate at Thanksgiving. Everything is vegan by the way. And the butter I use is from Trader Joe's called Earth Balance. Mega delicious meal, felt like a treat, and more importantly, left feeling satisfied, not STUFFED. Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving with your friends and family!

  • Roasted Pears and Onions: Ingredients. 4 semi-ripe pears, 1 large red onion, 2 Tbsp Sherry Vinegar, 2 Tbsp butter, salt & pepper, and 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary.
