How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I am so glad that I made it through the holidays with weight loss! This is a lifestyle, so the promise I have made to myself and my family is not over, but this challenge can now be checked off the list. Thanks everyone for all of the support and hard work!

Kristen, I am frustrated. I bought a scale so I could do the weigh-ins at home and sent in my pics this morning, but got an email saying i had to redo it!!! Now I'm at work here alone, luckily there is a scale in the gym locker room, but when I went to weigh myself it went up one pound because of course I had a good breakfast and lots of water. Arrgghhhh! this part of the process is really frustrating.

Well, I sort of fell off the wagon over the holidays - I did the work-outs and tried to eat clean but the carbs and the sweets were overwhelming! Plus, I didn't drink enough water. Lesson learned - here's to the New Year and a renewed commitment to getting back on track! Great work everyone - keep it going!

well even though I didn't lose 100% I still lost 8.4lbs during the holiday season. That to me is a major achievement. For me to lose any weight is great. Might try this again after I pay off the holiday bills, it was a great motivator.

So do we weigh in tomorrow or the next day...I'm confused.

Jessica L.

Either one. You have 48 hours to submit your final weigh in :)

I have officially just passed a 10lb marker that has been haunting me....Dont want to see that number again.....They say breaking the the 10lbs marks are the hardest because you psych yourself out and then the next 9 lbs are easy.... and the cycle continues...so lets see that next 9 lbs just fly off......
