How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I ran for the first time yesterday since my race back on Sept. 6th and man, is my heel hurting. It's different from the plantar fasciitis that I've had before. I'm not sure what is going on, but while I've got no races on the schedule I guess I should take this opportunity and take a break from running.

Don't out off the podiatrist too long. My plantar fasciitis pai took different forms. The one that lingers and recurs is the scar tissue left from the original :(

Marcie

that's what I was thinking your feet are too important! What's the harm in going to see the podiatrist?
