How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hi team!

I swear, I posted this morning. and it didn't take. Oh well. Here we are again!!

Last day of weigh out is today....good luck! Remember, you have until midnight to enter your final weight. If you met your goal, you will get a weigh out word. Same process as the beginning. :)

Today I will be drawing a name out of the hat for our raffle. We've had one weekend challenge, three workout Wednesday challenges, two double weekend challenges, and a last week step challenge. Y'all are amazing. The standings are as follows:

  • Oh yeah, baby!! I am verified!! Can I just say, like Sandra, this week was a killer for me. I, like Annie, have plateaued since April. But no more! I made serious sacrifices and ate lean protein and much more low calorie than I have been eating. No fun, but it worked. Today, I am at the lowest weight I can ever remember being as an adult. That is something I can really be proud of!

Bridget. I had trouble too. If you can, use the cancel and resubmit button. If not, contact dietbet support immediately. They will ha you send your photos directly to them, and declare you a winner if you made your goal. Let me know if you need my help, and I will contact them on your behalf in Andy way I can.

So this month I moved like a freaking duck..I only gained a pound but I have got to get moving. .watch team, I'm going to get my act together. I need a plan..laying in bed is not it. ..congrats team you worked it out!!

Love this! The weather is awful here today so indoor exercise for me. Oh yeah & no school for the kids today so this ought to be fun. Goal is to continue to get in my 10000 step streak indoors too!
