I joined the Sisterhood's 6 month challenge for 2015. I just realized that you can do 3 DB4s AND 3DB6s at the same time. I started with diet bet in November and it's motivated me in an unreal way. The plan is to max out on diet bet for the new year and get the rest of this weight off!! If I need to loose it anyway, why not get paid to drop the pounds.

I just started towards the end of November. This was my very first one I weighed in for and finished. I joined 3 DB4's right off and 1 DB6. I am going to join another DB6 in January because I think my boyfriend and mom might join one with me then. I think I'm going to wait to start my 3rd DB 6 in February. That will take me most of the way through the summer and should get me pretty close to my goal by then. The DB4's would get me to my goal faster, and I think I am motivated enough to do it for a few months, but I don't think I could keep up losing that much that fast for the full 6 months. The 6 month ones seem to slow down over course of the time to help you reach your goal at a more reasonable rate. I am so tired I am not sure if I am making sense, but I am going to slowly adding in more DB6s by adding 1 in January, but I am going to do 3 DB4's again in January for sure to maximize the motivation and win potential!
