How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I didn't make my goal weight but I lost 2% body fat and a few inches off my waste and hips. I'll take it! Great job to all the winners!

Great job!!! Any weight loss is a win for your overall journey. Inches lost are really more important overall because you know muscle takes up less space than fat and it is much better for your body!

PS. I love your Warrior II Picture! I have recently rekindled my love of Yoga and it has made a complete transformation in my overall outlook on my body and life. I have always liked it and am at a beginner level still, but I am totally in love with it now after practicing about 5 or 6 days a week the past few weeks. I don't know how I ever lived without it!
