How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Just did my final weigh-in!!!! Goal weight was 221 lbs, I weighed in at 219.6!!!! YES!!!!

Ohh no! I accidently hit the submid button without entering my current weight. Now it took my starting weight and says game ended. I didnt even had the Chance to upload pics. What can i do now. How to contact support?

katja... you can either go to the top of the screen where they are finalizing the results,,, right after it says your final weigh in, there is a link to click on that you can cancel and resubmit your weigh in... it has to be done on a computer tho... not on the smartphone app,,, or you can go to the bottom of the web page and click on the link for FAQs and help... then over to the right side of the screen, you can contact dietbet. they can help you.

So I am under my goal weight naked but I'm hoping that I'm still under when I do my official weigh in. I might have to wait until tomorrow and get another 4 mile walk in honestly, these long walks take a lot of time out the day but it sure does help me sweet. Which is great considering I get tired of being in the gym and just want to be outside sometime. Hoping to one day "go for a jog".

Add a reply...try just protein little to no fat lots and lots of water and slow down on anything with sodium and caffeine. veggies are great no bread no pasta no rice no beef no potatoes no no no boy I am mean! sorry I am talking to myself! fish no butter no sauces no toppings there I go again sorry I just try to eat smaller portions and keep busy and I drink tons of water I eat good salads with very little non fat dressing healthy beans like black, ground turkey, fish lean protein good luck I have 1/2 lb to go before weigh in and I know it is crazy stress full good luck and have fun at your events that's the most important


Go for a long walk at a swift pace, especially if you are worrying about sweating out your wedding hairdo.

HELP ME!!! Ok. so I work 7pm-7am... and have 2 little girls... i work,come home, get them ready for school/daycare, take them to where they have to go, sleep 6-7 hrs, get up, pick up kids, cook supper, do baths and homework, throw a load of laundry in, (or fold one from yesterday)... pack food for work and lunches for the next day, run out the door... hardly make it to work on time just to start all over... i have been doing piyo and feel great the days I do it.. i am a nurse and work either in charge or in icu... (not a whole lot of running lIke a day shift job on a med surg unit...) so I feel like A slug that sits all night..(I don't really sit all night... but miss my workouts on 4 days of the week when I'm working). i need ideas of what I can do at the nurses station... can't usually leave the floor to even run the stairs lately... any creative ideas??? :)

You can also squeeze a ball between your thighs while sitting in a chair, be sure to keep your abs engaged! You'd be amazed how sore you can be from that

thanks guys!! I ended up in icu one on one with patients,,, so I wasn't even at a desk... they probably wouldn't have apriciated me doing anything at their bedside... haha... but yesterday was my day off and I got 45 mins on the elliptical in!! haha... I do love the ball idea for when I am out of icu!! thanks again guys!!! :) here's to being more healthy each day!!!

Broke my arm! I crashed my bicycle picking up some groceries for my parents' dinner I was making for them. I took too sharp a turn with a fully loaded backpack on a newly paved wet road. My elbow is cracked, but my iPhone and bottle of whiskey were only shaken up. Not sure I can hit my goal without being able to exercise for awhile.
