For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Sorry if I'm asking something already posted, but Theresa do you have a new game starting over here on Diet Bet? Your own challenge sounds fun but I love it over here and whether or not I "Live in Color" (lol) I want to do another diet bet soon. Not immediately, but soon.

Hi Zia! I've hosted nearly back to back DB games for over a year now so it's time for a little break for me. I'll be back though! Got my weigh in submitted. Usually I'm earlier but we havnt had power for the last 2 days. I'm in NJ and live close to where the tornado hit. Tree fell and took down the power line for my street. I live on a dead en so I couldn't get to my house. My BF and the neighbors used chain saw to remove the tree. Waiting on electric company now. Congrats to all the winners

So excited I made it under my goal weight!! I struggled the first two weeks with being sick and just getting motivated, but I buckled down and got it done. Thank you to everyone on here for your support and for my Fitbit for keeping me accountable. 😃

Woohoo! Did it! I truly enjoyed this challenge because it motivated me to step up my exercise to lose weight. Losing weight has been difficult but with the help of my Jenny Craig meals, spin class, and, Zumba, I accomplished this goal.

I'm happy to say I made it again, but I am sad to say that I will be taking some time away from dietbet. I have been doing back to back games since December. I am preparing to go on a cruise for vacation in July. I will be gone from home for almost 2 weeks all together. I have a 6 month weigh out the day we get off the boat and am going to take my scale with me. I am getting close to my goal weight too, but ever since all of my smaller clothes have started fitting again and ever since I have had to share buying new smaller clothes because a lot of my smaller clothes are too small now because I am actually exercising every day. I think maybe my goal weight I had in my head may be a goal that I don't even need to shoot for because I feel AMAZING right now where I am at. I have never felt this in shape and this healthy before.

I still have a few pounds to go to get to my weight number goal, but at this point the way my clothes fit feels awesome and I eat pretty well about 75% of the time and have been at it so long, I don't really feel like stressing over it anymore and stressing over each pound up and down. I exercise in some way every day now and absolutely love it! I will definitely keep up with walking and Yoga and Pilates and making as much of my food as possible whole foods. I can't really ask for it to get any better. If I lost more weight, I wouldn't really have anything at all that fits (and I am back in my clothes I wore in college over 12 years ago now).

It's weight-out day!! Day 29!

You know this, but I'd be remiss if I didn't say it publicly. YOU ARE ALL WINERS!!! You know that! You made a commitment, you made progress and you are better today than you were 28 days ago REGARDLESS of what the blinking box in the bathroom is telling you!

With my personal weight loss coaching clients I always say "there are no failures unless you fail to learn" and "you can't fail if you don't quit!" Your determination and commitment will get you where you want to go, no matter what. You just have to make more good decisions and find your path. You CAN do whatever you THINK you can.

Celebrate every win -- not just the numbers! Collect and brag about your NSVs!!! Think about all the small efforts you made and project those farther into the future to realize the positive impact of the ripples you created with this game.

Technical Tip:
I haven't seen many comments on the board, but historically, it's best to take your pictures and upload them through the desk top vs. loading them through the ap. If you are using the ap, then make sure you go to the store and download the most current version first.

My Personal Update:
Well my detox worked with 1 day to spare! I was at my goal to the .00 this morning, that absolutely cracks me up how that works! I'm going to finish today anyway, only because I feel so great :) And it was't really the detox that did it (it just pulled off post weekend puff) was the daily work of eating right, tracking, holding myself accountable, taking my running challenge seriously and honestly becoming more of a bad ass this month. I LOVED June! I LOVED all of you and I will miss DB for a few months here and hope to see many of you in the 7 Day Challenge next week! I hope my time away is worth it as I turn my focus to Simple Secrets more full time...good luck to all!

Remember, it's not about being perfect, it's about being better...
