How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Ugh. I was so mad last night bc I was only .2lbs away from my goal hat I didn't submit my weight. I checked this morning and now I am .4 under my goal weight :( Oh well I really pushed myself yesterday, but the clock was against me. I am still happy about my progress though :) Time to try another round !

You will definitely make goal next time. Next time keep in mind all the things we might wear that add weight. When I get ready to weigh in at Weight Watchers, I remove jewelry and hair accessories and wear a light bra and tank top. I have seen that can make a difference.

Missed my goal weight by 1 pound. Going into the weekend I knew it was going to be close, and too close for comfort at that. Looking back over the month, I did CONSIDERABLY better than I'd done in months prior without Dietbets, but nearly not as well as I know that I could have. As a result, I went honey badger on this past weekend, lost two pounds in two days and learned two things about myself: 1) if I put my mind to it, I can do more than I thought I ever could. I will be resourceful, creative, and strong, and can accomplish more than I ever believed possible, and 2) there's no time like the present. It makes much more sense to make gradual, manageable changes towards your goals along the way (which make for more lasting impressions if you're trying ultimately to make lifestyle changes and not just lose weight in the short term) than to try to cram things in the last minute. I'm finishing another Dietbet this Thursday and I think that my efforts in these last couple of days should help me win that one, but I look forward to applying both of the lessons learned to future Dietbets (so as to be consistently successful in my long-term weight loss journey) and to life in general. Here's to working on making great choices, money the winners made, pounds many of us lost, and to lessons all of us learned. Thanks to everyone to being a great support system and for providing much needed encouragement. Good luck in your next Dietbet and in all of your endeavors!

I stayed at my exact weight with all the working out I did I know my nutrition was an issue...well I dust off and start diet bet number 3 thank u I still had fun and got stronger mentally. Emotionally and physically.
