How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Thanks everyone who supported me through the game. I don't know what went wrong but then again, I lost 5 lbs and I did not cheat. I have some medical issues, lymphedema, fused left foot and ankle that stays swollen so I don't know. I'm not making excuses because I'm proud of what I did and I'm going to join another game. Congrats to all who won. I know how hard you worked!!!

CJ I am a nurse in Arizona and a trainer for patients with lymphedema. I train the to use a pump that does manual lymphatic drainage. It's called Flexitouch and it's by tactile systems. If you don't have one they are awesome! Look it up and maybe you can get one ordered.

thanks, Charity. I just saw your post and I'll look up the Flexitouch. I've had Lymphedema since 2001 and in the beginning I did all the "stuff" you are supposed to do but then just said to hell with it. It stays about the same but it does look like a Popeye arm. I got it, most likely, because 8 weeks after my Mastectomy and Tram Flap, I broke my foot, from being on Prednisone. The clinic I went to for the break, PUT ME ON CRUTCHES, even they they knew I had just had one chemo treatment because I had breast cancer and surgery. It only took about 8 days for the swelling to start.
