Guys, this is so dysfunctional. I lost 10 pounds in 3.5 weeks and in less than 5days, I gained 5 pounds back and lost the bet after I won initially. I let the stress from job hunting and my contract being up get to me.

Not26Anymore

Have you thought about doing another Dietbet? I just rolled part of my winning into a new one. I'm doing one that starts tomorrow. I did slack off my workouts this week, and I ate ice cream one day and a donut another day but I haven't weighed in since then... I know that another diet bet is going to keep me motivated. Then I may or may not do the next Big girl fit girl one that starts in March. Don't beat yourself up too hard though, stress is awful and if eating is your default comfort, that's where you going to go back to unless you have a plan. Like maybe make your comfort doing yoga or getting a massage, not eating ((hugs))
