How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I made it! A verified winner! Now for the wait to see how much we win! :) This month definitely taught me that I'm not young anymore, but also how fun it is to eat clean, and find recipe's that my kids will enjoy as well.

I am squeaking in a last chance workout tonight, having a sick kiddo at home makes working out tough, and I'm almost there, just not quite. A good workout today, plus continuing to eat clean all day with good water intake should do the trick.

If you've come this far you've done great already! Good luck!!

Who-hoo...had to get really serious the last couple of days, but I won! (Or should I say I lost?). Looking forward to sharing my winnings with Harvesters!

I'm feeling really annoyed reading the comments about people starving themselves to reach the weight goal. If 4% Is too much to achieve in a month than so be it. Don't go to extremes when the point of this is to be healthy.. Or is it... I managed to reach my goal through hard work and consistency. It's sad that people are starving themselves to get their money back. It defeats the purpose of the challenge and shows me how money-driven some people are and what it causes you to do...

I don't recall seeing anyone commenting about starving themselves. I have seen posts about it being hard to not indulge. Dietbet has always been a safe place to celebrate, seek advice, and confess indulgences. I am saddened to think that people would be considered money driven because of how their limited commentary is being interpreted, only because it seldom shows the full story/struggle each person faces.

I agree to an extent, however some friends of mine have taken a similar approach to "lose" those last couple grams/kg ... I guess in the end, a gamble is a gamble and
If you're willing to take a chance you know it's either win or lose- in terms of the game, but I fear they will lose a lot more when it comes to how thy look at weightloss a'd even psychologically
