I was 147.0 Saturday. I had some issues with not going to the bathroom due to back pain Saturday though, so I was 148 when I woke up Sunday. My goal is 146.4. I have done lots of cardio today and drank lots of water with lemon. My back pain and other issues are better now, so hopefully I can make it Monday!
