Yay!!! I made it right on the dot! My extra cardio on the stationary bike yesterday after my walks and other exercise plus 10 cups of water really paid off!!!

Thank you!!! My body always takes time to get going and to really start burning the amount of fat I should be losing from my workouts. Especially when I get started back into exercising after a break for any reason. This game was really hard because I was stuck and losing very slowly for most of it. I finally feel like I broke through the barrier and think it will be easier to reach my goals in my next games. I hope so anyway. I will keep right on eating well and working out hard. I can't wait to keep transforming my body!

Last week I felt like I was seriously plateauing but I made my goal weight and hit a little bit further than expected! The next two days are going to be a bit lax, and then Wednesday is when Lent (and my next weight loss phase) begins! I hope everyone met some sort of goal, whether it was weight, NSV or fitness! I've certainly surprised myself this month at what I can achieve and now I know what I'm capable of, I hope to carry on with my endeavours and see how far I can go! I'll miss this support but hope everyone does well in the future! Well done all!!!

By some miracle I woke up at goal weight today, even though I figured I wouldn't make weight and kind of gave up the last few days. But I think I've learned from some of the mistakes I've made and also learned that I hate the feeling of knowing I might lose a dietbet, so I'm not going to let it happen again! Definitely got lucky this time...

I was 147.0 Saturday. I had some issues with not going to the bathroom due to back pain Saturday though, so I was 148 when I woke up Sunday. My goal is 146.4. I have done lots of cardio today and drank lots of water with lemon. My back pain and other issues are better now, so hopefully I can make it Monday!
