How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hey everyone! I just set up February is Fabulous! kickstarter starts this Friday Feb 5th. invite friends! I made it an open one, so we might have people we don't know playing, but I kind of doubt it. ALTHOUGH, if we wait to get our winnings from this January one, I think we can apply the $$ straight to the next one. I'm not sure how it works exactly, or how long they take to pay out. I lost the one I did in the fall.

Reading the FAQ I think they only ask you to do the photo step if you report your weight is at goal or less. So maybe it is just the one set of 2 photos between midnight tonight and midnight Tuesday.

I'm afraid of what the scale might say tomorrow morning. My mom was in town today. I indulged, but I tried to still be somewhat aware of choices I made. Qdoba for lunch - I chose the gumbo with a tiny bit of rice and the pork (leanest meat there) and I didn't finish it. Then we went out at dinner. I had steak salad, put 1/2 the toppings in a box, and used minimal vinegrette but still I know blue cheese, steak and French fried onions added up. And Cooper and I just shared a mini blizzard. Gonna drink a bunch of water throughout the evening and maybe it will all be fine? We shall see.

Whew. I pushed Cooper in stroller to store and back home. What a load he is these days! But a good motivator- When I started running on the trail, he shouted Go Go Go over and over as I pushed him. I can do 60 degrees in January!

It's gonna be a LONG weekend! We are supposed to have nice weather so I hope to get outside and move this body! Stay strong everyone- we can see the finish line for this leg of our journey. See you at the weigh in... And I hope my scale cooperates 😬
