405 Cal Killer workout this morning:
Alternating between 200 skips OR 5 flights of stairs with 20 times of selected exercises MB crunch, squats, wide pressups, MB overhead throw, superman, narrow pressups, MB passoff, lunges, MB chest press, MB front raise, swimmers, MB bicep curls, horizontal flutter kicks, burpees, MB pushups. That was a total of 1600 skips!!!!!! (and 35 flights of stairs). On my way to redemption from last week.
