Whew! I was worried yesterday, I had plateaued at the same weight for almost a week (and it was almost a full pound above goal), but this morning my body decided it was finally time to let it go, and let go of a friend as well, leaving me a pound under goal. Made it just in the nick of time! :) Just waiting on verification now.
