How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Does anyone have any feedback on doing kickstarters back to back versus signing up for a transformer challenge? I'm having a hard time seeing the difference/benefit of the longer challenge...?

I did 2 Kickstarters in a row but signed up for the transformer last month ( at the same time as this second Kickstarter). I don't think I can keep losing 4% a month but wanted to keep losing and the longer Game will hopefully keep me motivated

This is my second kick starter and I think it was actually easier for me than the first. Lol. Monthly timing may have had something to do with that though. ;) I think I'll try a transformer... just worried about staying motivated for such a long period of time and putting in such a big chunk o' change. :)
