How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I have played quite a bit and it has never taken a whole day or two after the 48 hr weigh in window to get paid.

  • Welp didn't quite make it. Thinking maybr next time I need a 5 lb safety cushion. I'm still doing The Transformer since I have to keep going. Have a knot in my upperback, but used a stepper anyway. Not sure if that or stress had anything to do with it. Perhaps upcoming lady problems??? Lol oh well this still kept me going. Thanks all!

Dang it!! I forgot to write the word down, and was scrambling to get it down, and the game ended before I could take the pic. Oh well, this is my first losing game, and I guess you really can't win them all...

Well... I weighed in and supposedly did it!! I have a wedding coming up so that helps, but at one point I went up almost 4lbs. We will see if they accept me. I can't wait for the next round.

So annoyed. I had .6 lbs left to lose. Walked 20 miles yesterday according to my fitbit. Figured I had it no problem after that but this morning I'm up 2lbs.

With weight loss, diet does 100x more than exercise. Be sure to check yourself again tonight!


Also heavy exercise can cause water gain due to muscle repair
