I find it hard to workout in the morning before work and I'm worn out after work. I pushed myself to just walk a mile at least 4 times a week after work and it helped. Just getting 30 minutes of exercise after work helped me sleep better and have more energy the next day. Plus I tell myself even if i dont feel like it, its just 1 mile! Hope this helps any people that r sedentary like me.
