How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

You should get an email confirming your final weigh in and pics have been received and then approved. If not, contact customer service. They'll get back to you right away.

I had lost 4 lbs and needed two more this week to meet goal instead I gained my weight back and am back to where I started.. Feeling a bit bummed. Would like to try another but need to know what to do differently.. I definitely am feeling better but would love to see that scale go down..

Anyways, congrats to the winners and would love to hear what worked for you!

Melissa are you tracking your food intake? I highly recommend MyFitnessPal and purchasing a digital food scale. You can friend me on there, Abubs. I don't know how much you know and don't want to insult you by offering amateur advice if that's not where you're at. I'm no expert but I'm willing to offer support and the little advice I have! Join in Kelly's next round, keep going forward!

I did it! I worked hard for it this weekend. So much swimming. Barton Springs in Austin at 6am. It was magical, which is a great way to live. I'll join the next game on the 11th. I had a victory smoothie just now. Tasted like victory. Cool. Sweet.

So I didn't win this; bad habits in the first week and the fourth of July weekend did me in. However, I did lose weight and make some good habits. I'll join a new one as soon as I have a month with no travel in sight!
