How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I love doing this--and am trying to decide if I should do a 6 month or another one month! Most fun I ever had losing weight!!!

How do you manage so many? Would love to hear any tips since I am new to this.
I am nervous about a 6 month committment so am thinking of doing a second kickstarter instead.
I love dietbet though and am def signing up again! Thanks! L12

I should have done a 6 month since I started in Jan doing these lol. I did one before but only made it 2 months as I suddenly had a lot to deal with. I'm considering a transformer now though.
