Very well done to everyone who finished this bet lighter than you started. Your awesome wether you did the 4% or not you tried, you have made the decision to improve yourself for yourself. All the very best for your future loss and you if you over indulge over Christmas don't beat yourself up about it. Brush it off and keep going. The worst about over doing it is the "oh well I ate this so it won't matter if I eat that" it will matter but you can only put it down to one bad decision that won't effect your future unless you let it. im looking forward to seeing you all in future bets in the new year.. keep it up people your amazing x
