How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I just completed 3 separate diet bets this week. All of them ended with 62% of the entry pool reported as winners. I find this highly peculiar since the number of entrants ranged from 3,730 to 14,734 and they ended on three different days. Is this a bizarre coincidence? Is there a cap set up on the final tally and distribution to winners? Is there a glitch in the reporting system? Either way, I find this situation odd and am extremely wary of participating in future diet bets due to concerns in reporting and fairness to winners.

Maybe a lot of the winners did all 3 at the same time like you did?
