Question: is it normal do use your normal daily fluctuation to your advantage? Weigh in at night and weight out in morning?

The rules say that you should weigh in and out at the same time of day, I'm sure there is flexibility but I think if you make a habit of it you risk getting asked for another weigh, or a video weigh in.
