How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

- Most Liked Comment: "I had to go to the grocery story on my way home from work tonight or else I'd have nothing for breakfast tomorrow. This is always a risky endeavor, and this time was no exception. My route to the milk took me right past the bakery, where the freshly baked, gooey, frosted brownies were calling my name. I stopped to say hi to them. I lingered. I shouldn't have even looked at them, but I did. I picked up a box of them and thought about how much I wanted to take them home with me for a night on the couch together. ...Then I thought about what a slippery slope that would be, and how angry it would make me when I saw the consequences of such a weak moment show up on the scale, and how unhelpful it would be towards my goal of fitting into my maid of honor dress in May. Guys... I PUT THE BROWNIES DOWN and got the hell out of there with *only* the items I needed. Crisis averted! PHEW. HUGE victory for me on a cold day when I'm feeling exhausted from this long week! :)" by Pirwaki
