How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Weighed out 0.5# lighter then my goal. I'm a bit disappointed as hormonal water weight tipped the scale up a bit this AM but happy none the less to have reached the goal. Good luck to everyone else - not only for today's weigh out but in continuing with your weight loss journey!

    Beginning at 12:01 am PST on March 27th, you can start submitting your final weigh-ins. All final weigh-ins are due by March 28th at 11:59 pm PST.

    When you log into your game on March 27th, you will be given a new weigh-in word to use for your photos. Submit them the same way you did your initial weigh-ins.

I'm thinking of skipping my dance class today and going to the gym instead for half an hour of cardio, then a walk in the park with my dogs:). I'm excited because I did this!!! My goal weight has been on my mind for two years, and it was seeming impossible when all my attempts failed. I've done it with money being the motivation. I drank water, moved a little more, kept my protein up, and ate big plates of veggies. I also started eating Nutella this month which I know is a big no no, but even so, replacing my Pb with Nutella a few times a week was a fun treat that didn't effect my calorie intake. It was fun.
