This month I've learned a lot about what does work and doesn't work for me diet wise. I am on a ketogenic lifestyle. That is high fat low carb. I love it and it's easy for me to follow. I cut out alcohol, carbs (no rice, bread, potatoes or pasta) and cut out sugar. ive had a pretty good month so far with one cheat day when we went to six flags this past weekend. Other than that I'm staying on target and am so close to finishing strong on my first diet bet! I hope you all have lots of success on this one and future diet bets!
