How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Bummer- First game I've lost since starting in January. Feeling a little down, but still so proud of myself for winning 20 DietBets (this would have been 21) and losing 37 lbs. I'm back to my WW goal weight and within 10 lbs of my personal goal. My body is just not cooperating as easily this time! That's ok- I'll be back for the next one!!!!!

I'm in the same boat but not as much lost as you. Great job. First loss is tough, but I'm cashing out for new running shoes.

Being within 10 lbs of your goal is an awesome accomplishment!
