Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Well I made the mistake of drinking water before I weighed, tons of it. Of course I was 3lbs over my goal. And what do ya know. This morning I get up and I’m under my weight with a hoody on. Good grief! Congrats to all the winners!

Corrina - yeah - Right there with you - I worked a 12 hr shift yesterday and made the goal this morning - a day late. I have a doc appointment tomorrow, so I need to be careful still today.
