What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone

Winner!!! This definitely helps keep me motivated, my last bet I barely squeezed by with a win by a couple of ounces I think. This round I dominated with a 12 pound lead on my "goal weight". Total lost 22.4 lbs. super proud of my self

Okay if you lost 22 pounds in 4 weeks you're the one we need to talk to! ;) What did you do for nutrition and exercise?

Food prep is key for me, also I went to the gym 6/7 nights a weeks and had only one cheat meal in the whole month. It's kinda hard to explain to someone else, but basically.... I don't meal prep for breakfast, I'll usually have turkey bacon and egg whites or maybe oatmeal with the piece of toast sometimes but for lunch and dinner I'll portion out about 4 ounces of chicken Brian likes thighs but I usually try to do breast because they're less fat and then some kind of veggie for the majority of itlike asparagus or broccoli and then half of cup of some kind of starch (sweet potatoes, white rice, brown rice, quinoa) . Right now we switched it up to juicing for breakfast and lunch for awhile... and always have some kind of small snacks throughout the day (hummus, fruit, veggies sticks, nuts) it's definitely not easy but portion control and watching your nutrient side/macros helps a lot. I use the my fitness pal app and put in everything that goes on my mouth, so it kind of keeps me accountable for my own self.
