I skipped cheesy pizza for a boiled egg salad at work. Saved a bunch of calories.

I know I have to do strength training, but don’t have motivation to do it.

I didn’t have any treats at work, even with my favorite...brownies

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

A few workouts were half hearted effort, but at least I did them. I didn’t want to, but I didn’t want to lose another diet bet. Lol

I am going to try Thrive. I thought it was just a gimic pyramid scheme, but so many of my coworkers are doing so well on it. I am hoping for a motivation boost.
