Non-scale victory of the week!

Been doing better with food choices

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Done more of my workouts. Been packing up the home for construction and that has zapped my energy. Still did most workouts but disappointed that I missed a few because they help with my stress.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did a workout that I never thought I could and really felt like a warrior on how far I have come. I now have a new found confidence that I can do it!

No idea as I have been obsessing this week with the scale not moving.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Cannot figure that out so I need to just keep going and let my body move forward, even if the scale does not change.

My NSV was leaving my phone at home and realizing things were OK. The first time was an accident but the subsequent times have been purposeful and liberating!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Getting awfully close to needing new pants, or, rather, able to wear pants I have thought of donating because I was about to give up on ever wearing them again.

Sleep. That lost hour really hit me hard.

Non-scale victory of the week!

After leg day I parked my car and saw the elevator calling but was able to overcome that desire and continued to take the stairs instead. Might not mean much in the grand scheme of things, in terms of health and calories but the change in mindset is huge!

Still could eat better but doing really well, regardless.
