Non-scale victory of the week!

Victory of the week is all my clothes fit loose

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Maintained focused. I felt soo good from my accomplishments that I allowed myself to eat 2 tacos and 2 sopes. The sopes had cheese, but I felt bad returning them so I regret the cheese and the sweet bread that came after that. I should have stopped❗at 2 tacos. Now im paying the price on the scale and on my self diciplen department.
