Hi all! I have over 100 libs to lose and I started Jan 1st. I’ve been sugar free and diet pop/soda free, since starting. This is HUGE for me. I’ve not even had sugar free candy. I did have 12 oz of Diet Pepsi once and I noticed I started craving sweets so stopped that immediately. I know I should count that but I’m not, still saying pop free since Jan 1st

Any time I start eating healthier about a month into it I struggle. This weekend the struggle bus was parked right in front of my house! But I did it! I stayed within my macros and I won the 3 challenges I joined. I LOVE THESE CHALLENGES! I LOVE THE CHATS! They helped me so much. If it hadn’t been for the DietBet challenge and your support I wouldn’t have made it. I was in the app all weekend just reading and it helped so much. So for those of us who have what seems like and unrealistic goal I thank you. You truly are helping us. ❤💙❤

Good luck, Tina! We're all rooting for you. The saddest thing I've had to give up is diet root beer. I just love the stuff but like you, it keeps me craving sugar.
