Non-scale victory of the week!

Managed to only have 1-2 beers a day during the week. Only had little bits of snacks or junk at work.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Could have done much better on the weekend about alcohol. Need to track on the weekends.

Ran multiple days, did fairly well on limiting alcohol.

Drink more water!!! I don’t get nearly enough in.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have a hard time not eating off my kids plates or while I’m packing lunches or making dinner and then I don’t track those calories. Also, wine. And beer. Lots of wine and beer.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

No alcohol until Thursday and then no more than one beer/glass of wine a day. Three bottles of water a day. Track everything I eat - and don’t snack off the kids’ plates!!!
