I switched from keto to weight watchers the beginning of this week. I expected to gain some weight having carbs again, which I did but only half a pound. The scale has stayed on this same number the whole week though. I exercise 4-5 times a week, eat pretty well, and drink plenty of water so I'm getting discouraged even though it's probably not been long enough to see a change. I'm thinking I have too many ww points and have seen conflicting info on whether I should eat all my points or not. Anyone else use weight watchers and have any advice?

I love WW. Eat all your points but don’t go over.

I am doing WW and love it! I follow the blue plan. I started on purple but switched to blue because I am someone who needs accountability when it comes to potatoes. I joined 8/21 and so far I have lost 19 pounds. I am never hungry and I feel like I finally am doing something that works with my lifestyle. I have done “diets” in the past where I have lost more weight in a shorter period of time, but it all came back because I would feel deprived and end up bingeing and gaining it all back. What I have found is that I need to eat lots of healthy fats so that I feel satiated and not tempted by unhealthy foods, and I’m not at risk to overeat or snack heavily between meals. It really is wonderful (for me).

Good morning! I went and completed some exercises before 6am. What are you doing for movement today?

Hey Bo! My name is Toni and for exercise I’m at the gym. Plan is to do 20 minutes on the elliptical and 40 minutes of upper body work with about 20 minutes of sauna to finish it off.

I did a boot camp that I usually do. However, in order to win this challenge I am going to have to add in considerable cardio as well as stick with some serious lifestyle changes so I don’t kill my self and I can maintain afterwards
