What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Well, I’m not into this to obsess about a number but I tend to pack the pounds easy and I love chocolate!! I just want to be mindful of the weight creeping in so I’m able to do the activities I love and avoid injuries due to extra weight..I’m a biker and and a skier (skate skiing/ cross country and DH)
