Non-scale victory of the week!
been a heck of a month. when I started this I had lost weight due to covid, and was still recovering. I knew that would mess me up here, but took plunge anyway. a couple days later with fluids was back up to 190, and not the 186 on entry. I’m just happy to have lost the 4.5 lbs. I’ve moved twice this month (sorting things out still after house fire), and had a ton of stress and not eating right or exercising like I was, so didn’t win this round, but still pleased.
