Non-scale victory of the week!

NSV - able to haul my fat rump up into the tow truck cab when I had a tire blowout in the Hwy yesterday. several years back when I know at least 280lbs (now 221), I couldn’t do it and the kind tow truck driver put his shld under my rump and lifted me up. It was great to be stronger and lighter and not need help.
