What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I keep up the yo-yo routine all too well. I work hard and lose and also fall back into old habits way too easily and gain it right back.

Reduce carbs just a little to 200 a day and ease into a lower carb routine. Work out at least 5 days and devote time to sleeping.
