About five years ago I started losing weight. got down 50 lbs. this last year I put on 25. I feel it and I don’t feel good about myself and how I physically feel. I want to get back to the energy and better feeling of it.

I have my cycle so I’m hoping I’m just retaining fluid .. but I weighed in for accountability to myself. yesterday was also Easter which meant a high sodium meal. this week I’m going to watch my sodium intake and my alcohol intake. I will likely re-weigh myself Thursday morning to see if this is just retention.

swapped my happy hour drink to a diet 7up Shirley temple using alcohol cherries but still calories are so minimal now. and it tastes great!

still some unneeded snacking. but I switched to IF so that’s a challenge
