Non-scale victory of the week!
My work had free popcorn, ice cream and cake to celebrate it’s “birthday” anniversary and another day they had free Coldstone ice cream waffle cones and a big lunch and I didn’t eat any of it. I stuck with the food I brought and didnt cave in.

I need to incorporate exercising more, no matter how busy I am.
