Traveling for a week without messing up my progress!

I don't really know. I have been traveling for the past week so right now I honestly just want to relax and work on getting back into a routine.

I honestly don't have any. The last 6 months have been downhill real fast.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. I haven't really been working out and I have been eating pure junk for weeks... :(

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Work out at least 3 times a week and try to eat something that actually have some nutrients in it. My garden is full of fresh home grown veggies and fruits so I litterally have so easy access. I just need to get my shit together.

Don't really have any. I'm sick with the fly so my only focus is to survive lol

I should have eaten more nutritious food. But when sick I just really crave soda!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I fit into a smaller size jeans! I've had those waiting in my closet for ages but I couldn't zip them up! Granted, they are still too tight for comfort, but I CAN zip them!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Planning ahead. I ate well and exercized but every day was a struggle. If I didn't have this weight out comming in, then I would definitely have binged!!

Planning ahead. I'm also trying out a daily workout journal to see what happens. I failed my run bet and I kinda want to try again, but I'm not sure yet.

Finally seem to be getting out of my post Christmas snacking cravings. It has been really tough though

Snacking. I wanted to stop since Tuesday but I was really struggling

Today I stepped on the scale for the first time since december 1st. Man Christmas is rough lol. My goals are to exercize at least 5 days a week and to at least cut down in my snacking. I can do this!!

My Taekwondo belt seems longer, now that I'm smaller!!

Exercizing more. I didn't do as much as planned, but I did do more than last week so I'm still proud lol. I have also been eating really well, even though the Christmas cookies are everywhere.. lol!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I managed to stick to good food choices despite starting my new and tiring internship!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My new internship has me standing, walking and climbing stairs all day so I'm super active. Yesterday I almost trippled my stairs goal. However, because of that my feet are exhausted when I get home, so I only worked out in monday. I really want to change that for the next week!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

The past 2 weeks were crazy!! I was traveling and had no access to a scale so I had to just trust myself. I almost didn't eat out, mainly drank water, trippled my normal step count ever day and even hit my 'stairs' goal most of the day, which normally doesn't happen. Being a tourist is a great workout lol

Nothing. I honestly handled this trip like a pro

I'm worried that I'll go back to sitting on the couch All day now that I'm home. I have to keep up the momentum so I'll go sign up for a bunch of workout classes now!

I can finally fit the Winter coat my boyfriend bought for meget last Winter! I'm so freaking happy!

I went back to snacking a bit more than I should, but at least I stayed under my calories. Also missed a workout
