Non-scale victory of the week!

I got my period this week so it was a tough week but I avoided ALL SWEETS. I also skipped the Super Bowl party.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My period through me off. I continued my cardio but not as much as I planned. Things are better now so I will go full force from now on.

Cloth feels looser

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not have done so many weights at the gym. My legs have been sore all week. I think it also causing the scale not to change the way I think it should be.

My jeans are falling off yet the scale has barley moved

Slept better. I’m having a horrible time sleeping. I’m getting maybe 5hrs if that

My clothes are fitting loose! Dress felt perfect for New Years

Not drank so much on NYE which brought up my weight. Luckily I mainted my healthy eating habits and brought it back down in 3 days.

I need to sleep more. I have issues sleeping. I can be extremely tired and still not sleep. Going to keep up the healthy ha it’s to hopefully lose some more pounds

Happy as can be! I ate Christmas Eve dinner as usual and didn’t hold back. Christmas Day I got right back on track and kicked butt since. I know New Year’s Eve will be a challenge but I know I can do this!

This weeks challenge introduced more veggies into my life so as long as I continue that, things will be fine.

I did my best I could during the week because of the holiday events on the weekends I will continue with my struggle.

I did pretty well. Drank lots of water and no soda. Now I just need to stay away from the random cookies
