Non-scale victory of the week!
I got my period this week so it was a tough week but I avoided ALL SWEETS. I also skipped the Super Bowl party.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
My period through me off. I continued my cardio but not as much as I planned. Things are better now so I will go full force from now on.
